Somehow Doctor Wondertainment has convinced Hasbro to, once again, mass produce and market his latest version of his demon spawn: the Furby.
These things are not to be laughed at. We all remember his first attempt at world domination with these things. I was only a child then. Even though I don't remember my childhood (the whole amnesia thing), I do remember the feeling terror I'm sure it once gave me every time I look at it.

The problem with Doctor Wondertainment first attempt to rule the world with the Ferbys in the 1990's was the creepiness- I mean- appearance. That is possibly what saved so many lives. Kids didn't trust it and kept it locked up, got rid of 'em, or destroyed theirs.

This generation fixes the creepy problem. The digital eyes, less wiring motors that once gave away it's position in the night, and fluid movement.
In this next commercial they admit that these things adapt to it's surroundings. But most disturbingly, they admit it now can interact with smart phones.

Good news. It seams that the old Furbys will not be able to communicate with the new ones.
